Working nude with a wide-brimmed hat (sun protection is non-negotiable) allows the body to cool naturally. You are less tired at 2 PM. You are better hydrated because you aren't resisting the heat. 3. The End of Comparison At the beach, we compare swimsuits. At the office, we compare suits. On the naturist farm, there is nothing to compare. You see the CEO with a belly; you see the teenager with acne on their thighs. Suddenly, everyone is equal. Mental health improves.
