Run RocketDock.exe from the USB drive. It will create a Settings.ini file in the same folder.
E:\PortableApps\RocketDock\ E:\PortableApps\RocketDock\Icons\MyCustomPack\ Do not put icons on your Desktop. They must live relative to the RocketDock executable.
